Tequila marinated pork tenderloin with chimmichurri. Spanish rice with fresh herbs. Grilled corn with duro blando, crema and guajillo salt.

Chipotle BBQ chicken leg, four cheese mac and cheese, grilled and chilled Mediterranean vegetable salad.

Chicken Cacciatore Dinner. Fresh baked olive and rosemary focaccia bread. Dredged and braised chicken thighs in a mushroom, bacon, pepper and tomato ragu. Shaved root vegetable salad in a preserved lemon and fennel vinaigrette.

Pork Schnitzel Dinner. House made soft pretzel with grainy mustard. Crispy pork schnitzel, white wine mushroom gravy, brown butter sage spatzel, red cabbage slaw. Apple pie puff pastry.
