We are excited to announce a partnership with our good friends at Reverence Barrel Works in Cambridge, Ont. They've been working hard to launch 4 new amazing beers and we were honoured that they asked us to create light snacks to pair with and amplify the already outstanding, well balanced flavours. We spent a lot of time sampling and discussing the possibilities. We feel that we created dishes that mirrored the bright and rich flavours of the beers without overpowering or disappearing. We loved every thing about this meal and we know you will too!



Honey dressed mango salsa with roasted red peppers, poblanos, cilantro and red onion. Served with fresh tortilla chips.
     Beer Pairing: Assiduous: Mango Black Tea

Red wine barrel aged Brett saison with tea. Fuzzy peaches, dried mango, herbal tea and mild tannins.
6.0% ABV



Creamy avocado shrimp ceviche with roasted tomatillo, fresh lime and pickled radish. Served with fresh tortilla chips.
     Beer Pairing: Gosé Cuervo

Tequila barrel aged gose with lime. This beer was done in collaboration with People’s Pint in Toronto. Lime, tequila, white grape juice and subtle stone fruit.

Aged sheep’s milk cheese with citrus and bell pepper jelly and crostini.
     Beer Pairing: Glou Glou: Gewürztraminer and Muscat

Red wine barrel aged imperial mixed ferment saison with grapes. Orange wine vibes, cardamom, citrus, stone fruit melody. Grapes from Trail Estate.

Chocolate dipped graham cracker layered with roasted marshmallow and salted dulce de Leche.
     Beer Pairing: Inkless

A Russian Imperial Stout aged in a rye barrel with lactose and whole bean Madagascar vanilla. Cherry liquorice, vanilla, milk chocolate and blonde coffee.
